Our company was founded in 1994 by Antonis Chaviaridis in Aachen, Germany, specializing in construction works.

We participated in major construction projects, such as the trade fairs in the cities of Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Hanover, specializing in flooring installations for large commercial stores.

In 2000, we relocated to Greece. We invested in modern equipment and, working with our specialized teams, established our presence in the field of construction, taking on large projects.

Some examples include:

  • Renovation of DEI (Public Power Corporation) buildings across Greece
  • Painting, plastering, wall construction and tile installation in LIDL HELLAS buildings
  • Painting, plastering, wall construction, and installation of tiles and a thermal façade at the Bank of Greece building in Thessaloniki
  • Plastering, wall construction, and tile installation at the Olympic Village in Athens
  • Renovation of the General Hospital of Zakynthos

Since 2017, our company has had a simultaneous presence in Greece and Germany, focusing on the installation of external heat insulation for office buildings and hotels, the application of dry construction systems, wall construction, and painting.

Project supervision in Germany was taken over by Nikolaos Chaviaridis, a certified civil engineer, who greatly enhanced the company’s team.

Driven by modern market demands for energy saving, we expanded our activities, establishing in 2022 RealDom, a company offering a comprehensive package of services capable of meeting the needs of even the most demanding clients.
